9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Accex Asia Pvt Ltd and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App or by other means. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.
