The Venue App provides a platform for:

• Event venue estimation and booking services
• Facility rate calculation and estimation
• Banner advertising services
• Invoice generation and management
• User account management

4. User Account

4.1 Registration

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4.3 Single Device

Your account is limited to one active device at a time. Accessing from a new device will automatically log you out from the previous device.

4.4 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

5. Estimate Generation

5.1 Estimates provided through the App are indicative and subject to change based on actual venue availability and rates at the time of booking.

5.2 All estimates include applicable taxes (GST) and contingency charges as per current regulations.

5.3 Estimates are valid for the period specified and may be subject to revision.

6. Banner Advertising

6.1 Users may request banner advertising services through the App.

6.2 Banner bookings are subject to admin approval and payment confirmation.

6.3 Payment must be completed within the specified deadline. Failure to pay may result in cancellation of the booking.

6.4 Banner content must comply with applicable laws and must not contain offensive, illegal, or inappropriate material.

7.1 Payments for banner advertising services must be made via UPI or other approved payment methods.

7.2 Payment confirmation must be updated in the App after making payment.

7.3 All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

7.4 Invoices will be generated upon payment confirmation and admin approval.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by Accex Asia Pvt Ltd and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the App without prior written consent.

9. User Content

9.1 You retain ownership of any content you submit through the App.

9.2 By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute such content for the purpose of providing our services.

9.3 You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate any laws or infringe on any third-party rights.

10. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's operation
• Use automated systems to access the App without permission
